Prom time is here!! Younqiue has a wide variety of makeup to help you look your best on this special night. I remember when I went to my prom, don't ask me how long ago that was...lol. But I wanted everything to match my gown, including my accessories, down to my makeup for my eyes.
But sometimes choosing eye color to match your gown may not be good thing, you might want to consider using colors that complements your eye color instead.
Stiff Upper Lip, Lip Stains
Younique launched new products the first of March and they brought us Lip Stains. They introduced us to Lip Stain back in November as a Kudos and once I tried it I immediately loved the product. These stains last 8 to 10 hours without reapplying. They dry into a matte finish and they come in 7 hot colors.
Younique’s lip stain is really simple to use. Here are some tips if you have really dry or chapped lips, use a toothbrush to exfoliate your lips first. This will get your lips to be as smooth as possible (with no flaky lips) so that the lip stain isn’t splotchy when applied.
If you want to apply another coat of lip stain, wait for the lip stain to dry completely before doing so. I sometimes use a pressed powder like Younique's Touch Mineral Foundation to apply a small dusting over your lips before applying a second or even a third coat of the lip stain.
Make sure that you apply the lip stain on your bare lips. You don’t want any gloss or chap stick residue on your lips before applying the lip stain. It won’t go on even and it won’t look good.
To remove the lip stain, simply use a chap stick or petroleum jelly. I have found ideally the Younique's Shine Makeup remover cloths works ideally to remove the stains.
