Prom time is here!!  Younqiue has a wide variety of makeup to help you look your best on this special night.  I remember when I went to my prom, don't ask me how long ago that was...lol.  But I wanted everything to match my gown, including my accessories, down to my makeup for my eyes.  

But sometimes choosing eye color to match your gown may not be good thing, you might want to consider using colors that complements your eye color instead.  

Stiff Upper Lip, Lip Stains

Younique launched new products the first of March and they brought us Lip Stains. They introduced us to Lip Stain back in November as a Kudos and once I tried it I immediately loved the product. These stains last 8 to 10 hours without reapplying. They dry into a matte finish and they come in 7 hot colors. 

Younique’s lip stain is really simple to use. Here are some tips if you have really dry or chapped lips, use a toothbrush to exfoliate your lips first. This will get your lips to be as smooth as possible (with no flaky lips) so that the lip stain isn’t splotchy when applied.

If you want to apply another coat of lip stain, wait for the lip stain to dry completely before doing so. I sometimes use a pressed powder like Younique's Touch Mineral Foundation to apply a small dusting over your lips before applying a second or even a third coat of the lip stain.

Make sure that you apply the lip stain on your bare lips. You don’t want any gloss or chap stick residue on your lips before applying the lip stain. It won’t go on even and it won’t look good.

To remove the lip stain, simply use a chap stick or petroleum jelly.  I have found ideally the Younique's Shine Makeup remover cloths works ideally to remove the stains.

What is my why for joining Younique as a presenter?

When I married my husband back in 2000, we both was starting all over.  As in marriage and combining our family together.  We have struggled from paying our child support every month and raising the children that was in our home and paying the necessary things we needed to survive.  For years I tried different avenues to making extra money from making things and selling them.  To going into direct sales companies that really never worked out for us.  I wanted to try and provide financially freedom from struggling from check to check.  My husband it seemed he worked 24/7 trying to provide for us.  He always has put his family first and has provided for us.  At times it got so bad I remember eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner, because we couldn't afford anything else.  

I had tried DS before but gave it up when I was in an accident, broke my shoulder and knocked my shoulder out of place.  I wasn't able to lift and couldn't carry all the products to parties anymore that the DS company I was with, required there representatives to carry with them. I had to ask other family members or friends to help me go to the parties with me and I paid them with either cash or by product.  Basically I felt like I was giving my profit away and not going anywhere.  So I decided to get out of the DS Company I was with.  For a few years I didn't do anything extra.  Some of our children grew up and started their own families.  We wasn't struggling as much as before.  But in the back of my mind, I would love to still have the financial freedom so my husband didn't still have to work 24/7.  I wanted him to be around when we could retire and enjoy the last days we have together and grow older together.  That is my why!   

Along come Younique,  I tried the mascara and I was hooked, on the cosmetics. I wanted to find out more about Younique so I did my research.  I really hadn't seen a compensation plan quite like the one Younique had but after doing my research and watching tons of YouTube videos, then several days of studying to really find out how the compensation plan worked, I signed up as a presenter.

Since I started with Younique my down line has grown and keeps on growing.  I have never been in a DS company before that I have grown so big in just a short time, I want to keep going.  My down line, my team is what keeps me motivated to keep on going. I love helping and showing them ways to become successful as well and love everyone one on my team and want them to succeed, along with me.  I have never been in a Direct Sales company quite like Younique.  They are so supportive to each person and always willing to help in any way possible.  The products alone speak for their self.  Once you try the cosmetics you will hopefully feel the same way I do!
